公司建于1997年，前身专业生产棉制服（羽绒、喷胶棉制品）及其他梭织茄克，年产羽绒制品80余万件，产值6000余万元。现有员工350人，技术人员5名，有一套完整的管理系统，技术力量强、员工素质高，产品出口到美国、日本、瑞士、荷兰、意大利等国，受到客户的好评。 2002年10月，公司新增土地80余亩，新上印染车间10000M2，引进韩国、台湾先进印染、定型设备若干台套，总投入达4500余万元。公司建成后年产值达1.5亿万元。
